Coworking Community Associate
The Coworking Community Associate is the welcoming face and first point of contact for Urban Office Co. Rooted in hospitality; this role is responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences to every member and guest who walks through our doors. The Associate builds meaningful relationships across the community, anticipates member needs before they arise, and ensures that every touchpoint – from the front desk greeting to a tidy, well stocked kitchen – reflects a culture of warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Assistant Property Manager– Affordable Housing
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property including but not limited to following HUD and WHEDA procedures, meeting or exceeding set occupancy goals, collecting rent and managing resident relations. This role is located in Wausau and is a part-time up to full-time position.
