ULI strives to offer a great benefit package to employees. Full-time staff are eligible for the following: health, dental (100% company paid), and vision insurance, as well as H.S.A and F.S.A plans. Company paid benefits include: short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life and AD&D insurance and 401K matching. Supplemental benefits are available for purchase. Most benefits are effective upon hire.
