  • March 01, 2009 / Facade Modifications Begin
    Urban Land Interests and it´s contractor Findorff, have begun the facade modifications to the USBank Plaza´s Capitol Square facade. The angled glass atria are being removed because of their energy inefficiency. In their place will be high efficient glass oriented in a vertical configuration with new walk-out roof terraces for tenants on the 3rd, 4th and 6th floors. Also, the building´s floorplate are being expanded on the 4th through 9th floors to create a more efficient floorplate dimention for multitenant use.

    On January 2, 2008, Urban Land Interests concluded its purchase of the US Bank Plaza office building on the Capitol Square of Madison Wisconsin.
