 One East Main at Block 89
Block 89 is a new mixed-used development on Madison's Capitol Square. Developed by Urban Land Interests and designed by Valerio, DeWalt, Train and Associates. Block 89 provides tenants and the city with enlivening street-level retail venues.
One East Main is at the high public corner of Main Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Just one block from city government and two blocks from the Monona Terrace Convention Center. Originally JC Penney's department store, One East Main has been expanded and improved. It is fully integrated with both the 10 East Doty Office Building and the 746-stall underground Block 89 Parking Ramp.
The building is currently home to State Legislative Agencies, LaFollette Godfrey & Kahn, Perkins Coie, White Hirschboeck, Walgreens, Ocean Grill, Starbucks and Park Bank.
