January 02, 2008 / ULI Purchases US Bank Plaza
Urban Land Interests has purchased the US Bank Plaza building at 1 South Pinckney on Madison´s Capitol Square. The "glass building" was purchased from US Bank, who will continue to be a major occupant of the iconic building at the corner of East Washington and the Capitol Square. Urban Land Interests will lease and manage the class-A mixed use use office building with underground parking.
